Face yoga sessions are run as half-day workshops and advertised on this site and social media. Places are limited to ten people only and these half-day workshops fill up fast, so book early to avoid disappointment.

What is Face Yoga?
Our faces have an underlying structure of 43 muscles, plus fascia, tendons and ligaments. Toning, firming and flexing these tissues brings visual benefits in terms of our facial structure. In short, regularly practicing face yoga can make our skin look firmer, less loose, brighter, smoother and more youthful.
The half-day sessions, consist of facial and neck exercises which the yoga teacher demonstrates and clients then practice in the studio with supervision. In addition, there are guided deep breathing exercises to further oxygenate the blood, postural inversions to increase blood flow to the face and neck, and guided self-massage of the face and neck.
These are fun-filled afternoons of self-care and pampering for which your face and décolletage will definitely thank you! Everything needed for the session is supplied and refreshments are included in the price.
